Samsung Galaxy S5 with GlovesOne of the perks of using high end feature rich smartphones is that there will be indeed a lot of features which will make your lives much easier and Samsung Galaxy S5 is one among those devices. While you’re in a too cold weather you would like to wear gloves, but several smartphones will need you to use your fingers to properly operate it, and that means no gloves too. But thanks to Samsung, they have made a feature in their latest flagship device Galaxy S5 using which you can operate the phone even when you’re wearing gloves. In this article I will show you how can you turn it on.

The feature is called “Touch sensitivity” and by enabling it you can use your phone without any problems while you’re wearing gloves. For turning the increased touch sensitivity on, all you have to do is open your phone’s notification pane and then tap on the “Touch sensitivity” in the bottom leftmost corner.

But in case if you don’t see this button over there you might have inadvertently removed the Touch sensitivity button from the notification pane view. In that case head over to your settings menu and scroll down to Display. Over there you will see an option called “Increase touch sensitivity”, enable it and you’re good to go. A good thing about this feature unlike many other smartphones is how it doesn’t make your life a living hell if you’re not using the gloves. This feature works perfectly even if you’re not using your gloves. But in case you’re using a very thick glove, this feature may not help you. Anyway please do let us know how it worked for you by commenting below, we’re all ears.
